Trish Worden - Head Falconer
Trish has been running the centre since 2000. She began her falconry career in 1986 and first started working at the centre here at Fritton Lake alongside the previous owner in 1995. She is dedicated to the welfare of the birds that live at the centre ensuring that they have thet best possible quality of life. She is passionate about falconry as a rural sport and several of the birds at the centre are used for hunting.

Tim and Tina Elmar
Tim and Tina run their own company Out on a Wing Falconry which aims to bring a raptor experience and education to fetes and shows. Tim may be seen doing the displays on Sundays during the summer months here at Fritton Lake Falconry Centre to cover the head falconer on her day off. Tina assists when she can make it over.

Roy
Roy is usually at the centre one day each week and helps out with the daily displays. He has his own Harris Hawks and is currently learning how to fly falcons to the lure. In return he is teaching our head falconer sign language. Seeing a display falconer sign the commentry whilst swinging the lure to a falcon should make for a very intersting sight indeed!

Brenda
Brenda has been helping Trish ever since 1999. She is a very close and ally, has oodles of patience and brings a touch of homeliness with her to the centre.

Webmaster - Justin
After attending a one day fun day Justin has been unable to keep away. He trys to help out at the centre at least once a fortnight and may be seen assisting the head falconer with the flying displays as well as helping new one day fun day course students.

Raptor Trust - Clive and Chris
Clive and Chris are both members of the Raptor Trust and may be seen regularly here at the centre. They have a number of their own birds which they use when the Raptor Trust is invited to attend fetes and shows. Their birds have been known to put in a very welcome performance here at Fritton Lake.

Scapegoat - Mark
Mark is the Head Falconer's longstanding and heroically patient partner. He is responsible for many of the images on this website as well as constructing and maintaining many of the aviaries that make up the centre.
